2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

• You will comply with all applicable laws and with Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform policies.
• You will not use the Service to send spam, unsolicited messages, or unlawful content.
• You will obtain proper consent from contacts before messaging them.
• You will not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or misuse the Service.

4. WhatsApp Business Platform

Use of WhatsApp messaging features is subject to Meta's terms and policies. You are responsible for ensuring your messaging complies with WhatsApp's Business and Commerce policies. Violations may result in suspension by Meta or by us.

5. Subscription & Payment

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing presented at sign-up or in your account. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

6. Intellectual Property

Nexychat and all related trademarks, software, and content are the property of Nexyverse Digital Solutions. You retain ownership of the data and content you upload.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexyverse Digital Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
