This Privacy Policy explains how Nexyverse Digital Solutions ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use Nexychat (the "Service"), a WhatsApp Business communication and automation tool.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information to provide and improve the Service:

• Account information: name, email address, and workspace details you provide when registering.
• Contact data: phone numbers, names, emails, and tags of contacts you import or that are sent to us through integrations (such as Pabbly, web forms, or the WhatsApp Business API).
• Message data: messages, templates, and media you send or receive through the Service in order to deliver and log conversations.
• Usage data: log data, device information, and analytics used to operate and secure the Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
• To send and receive WhatsApp messages on your behalf via the WhatsApp Business API.
• To process automations, tags, and workflows you configure.
• To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
• To improve, secure, and develop new features for the Service.

3. WhatsApp & Meta Platform Data

Nexychat uses the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta. Any data obtained through the WhatsApp Business API is used solely to provide the messaging features you have configured. We do not sell this data, and we handle it in accordance with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

4. Google Account Data

Connecting a Google account is optional, and Nexychat asks for the narrowest permissions that do the job. With Google Drive (drive.file) it can open only the individual spreadsheets and forms you pick in Google's own file picker — nothing else in your Drive is visible to us. With Google Calendar (calendar.events) and Google Meet (meetings.space.created) it creates the appointment for a booking somebody makes on WhatsApp, and the Meet link inside it, and removes that appointment if the booking is cancelled. We do not read your existing calendar, and we do not touch meetings Nexychat did not create.

Nexychat's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is used only to provide the features you have switched on. It is never sold, never used for advertising, never used to train any model, and is not read by a person except where you ask us to for support, where the law requires it, or to investigate abuse or a security incident.

The connection can be removed at any time in Settings → Integrations → Google account → Disconnect, or from your Google account permissions. When it is removed we delete the stored tokens; files in your Drive and events in your calendar stay where they are.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with trusted service providers (such as cloud hosting and infrastructure providers) only as needed to operate the Service, and with integrations you explicitly connect (such as Pabbly). We may disclose information if required by law.

6. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure infrastructure with industry-standard safeguards. While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

7. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.

8. Your Rights

You may access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at the email below.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
